We are building the AI workforce for healthcare RCM.

AI-powered solutions that reduce errors, save time, and enhance the patient experience.
QuickIntell is a healthcare AI company building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems that simplify healthcare administration.
We believe AI can transform the healthcare industry by freeing providers from administrative burdens, improving efficiency, and delivering measurable impact across the healthcare ecosystem.
Why we started QuickIntell
QuickIntell was founded in 2023 by repeat operators who had spent years watching U.S. healthcare drown in paperwork — eligibility checks, prior authorizations, coding queries, and denial rework that buried clinicians and billing teams alike.
The problem we kept seeing
Provider organizations were paying tens of billions every year just to move information between EHRs, payers, and clearing- houses. The work was repetitive, rules-based, and brutal on staff retention — yet it was the work standing between patients and the care they had already received.
We believed large language models had finally crossed the threshold where this work could be done by software that was reliable, interpretable, and steerable — not just demoable.
Founders with a track record
CEO Rahul Agrawal (IIT Kanpur) brings two prior exits — Mebelkart and Styldod — and a decade of building operationally heavy SaaS. Chief Strategy Officer Joe Weber invented predictive typing (US Patent, 1994) and has spent his career turning research into shipped healthcare products.
Together with co-founder and AI researcher Haraprasad Bharati and medical advisor Dr. David Laith Rawaf, the team set out to build the AI workforce that healthcare RCM has been waiting for.

Our Mission
Eliminate the administrative tax on U.S. healthcare with autonomous AI agents.

Our Vision
A healthcare system where every front-office, billing, and payer-facing workflow runs itself, and clinicians spend their time with patients.

Our Values
Six principles guide how we build, sell, and support QuickIntell — every day, in every time zone.
Patient Safety First
Every model, workflow, and release decision is weighed against the risk to a patient downstream. If it could harm care, it does not ship.
Provable AI
We show our work — citations, confidence, and a human-reviewable audit trail on every clinical and financial decision our agents make.
Compliance by Design
HIPAA, SOC 2, and payer rules are baked into the architecture, not bolted on later. The default path is the compliant path.
Customer Obsession
RCM directors, coders, and billers are our co-designers. Their dollars and minutes saved are the only metrics that matter.
Speed with Integrity
We move fast on product, never on safety. Shipping weekly is non-negotiable; so is refusing to cut corners on accuracy or PHI handling.
Distributed by Default
Talent and trust travel across time zones. We document, decide, and deliver in the open so a team in three continents can act as one.
