Why QuickIntell partners

Put complementary strengths around a real healthcare workflow

Partnership starts with what each side brings: product capabilities, delivery expertise, customer access, or market knowledge. The operating model follows the use case.

Describe your partnership idea

Build complementary solutions

Connect products, services, and implementation expertise around concrete provider, RCM, payer, and health-tech workflows.

Plan a practical go-to-market motion

Align on audiences, responsibilities, messaging, approvals, and measures of success before taking a joint offer to market.

Work through technical details early

For integration partnerships, define data boundaries, test evidence, exception ownership, and rollout responsibilities before production use.

Grow on agreed commercial terms

Accepted referral partners can earn commissions on qualified opportunities under the attribution and payment terms in their agreement.

What we look for

A credible path to shared customer value

Size alone does not determine fit. We look for a clear audience, complementary capabilities, responsible delivery, and a reason the combined offer is more useful than either side working alone.

Relevant healthcare experience

You understand the workflows, buyers, operational constraints, or technical environment involved.

A credible business presence

Your website and application clearly represent who you serve and what your organization delivers.

Complementary capabilities

Your product, service, reach, or expertise adds value without obscuring ownership or accountability.

Capacity to support the motion

You can assign the business, technical, implementation, or marketing resources the proposed work requires.

From application to launch

Align the operating model before going to market

Qualified applications move through a practical review and alignment process. The exact path depends on the partner track and proposed work.

  1. 01

    Apply

Tell us about your organization, capabilities, audience, markets, and partnership goals.

  2. 02

    Review for fit

QuickIntell evaluates audience alignment, complementary value, delivery readiness, and the proposed path to market.

  3. 03

    Align the model

Qualified applicants discuss responsibilities, technical scope, lead handling, branding, support, and success measures.

  4. 04

    Agree and enable

Accepted partners sign the applicable agreement and establish the materials, contacts, and operating plan they need.

  5. 05

    Launch and learn

Put the partnership into market, review outcomes together, and expand what works.

Application review does not follow a guaranteed public timeline, and submission does not create a partnership.

Referral commissions

Reward qualified, partner-sourced growth

Accepted referral partners can earn commissions when an approved, partner-sourced opportunity meets the qualification and attribution terms in the signed agreement.

Terms are defined before referrals begin

  • Eligible products, customers, and opportunity stages
  • Lead registration, ownership, and attribution windows
  • Commission rates, payment timing, and exclusions
  • Renewal treatment, reporting, and conflict resolution

This page does not establish a commission rate or create an entitlement to payment.

What to know before applying

Who can apply to the QuickIntell Partner Program?

Healthcare technology companies, EHR and practice-management vendors, RCM organizations, consultancies, system integrators, associations, advisors, agencies, payers, and other complementary organizations can apply. QuickIntell reviews each application for mutual fit and delivery readiness.

Is the partner program available outside the United States?

Yes. Organizations around the world may apply. Product availability, regulatory requirements, contracting, and the operating model can vary by market and are evaluated during partnership review.

Can we apply for more than one partner track?

Yes. Select every relevant track in the application. QuickIntell may recommend one initial path based on your capabilities and the clearest shared opportunity.

Does it cost anything to apply?

There is no fee to submit a partner application. Any commercial, implementation, integration, or support terms are discussed with qualified applicants and documented in the applicable agreement.

How do referral commissions work?

Accepted referral partners can earn commissions for qualified, partner-sourced opportunities. Eligibility, lead attribution, rates, payment timing, renewal treatment, and exclusions are defined in the signed partner agreement rather than on this public page.

Does applying guarantee acceptance or a response deadline?

No. Submitting an application does not create a partnership or guarantee acceptance. QuickIntell reviews applications for mutual fit and contacts applicants when there is a clear next step; no fixed public review timeline is promised.

Can technology partners build an integration with QuickIntell?

Potentially. Technical partnerships start with use-case, security, data-boundary, API, testing, implementation, and support review. Explore the Partner Marketplace for more detail about integration planning.

Will a partner receive access to customer or patient data?

No access is granted by applying or being accepted. Any later system or customer-data access must be specifically authorized, contractually governed, limited to the approved purpose, and reviewed through the applicable security and compliance process.

Are accepted partners automatically listed in the marketplace?

No. Marketplace visibility depends on the partnership type, technical or operational readiness, approved messaging, and mutual agreement. Acceptance into one partner track does not automatically create a public listing.
