Where can I work from?

QuickIntell is remote-friendly. Our 46-person team works from India, the United States, and the UK / MENA region. Most engineering, product, and operations roles are fully remote, and a few client-facing roles are hybrid out of our hub cities.

Do you sponsor work visas?

Visa sponsorship is evaluated case by case based on the role, level, and location. If you need sponsorship, tell your recruiter on the first call so we can confirm eligibility before moving you through the loop.

Do you hire interns or new graduates?

We run a small intern and new-grad cohort each year for engineering, data science, and clinical-coding roles. Cohorts are posted on this page and announced through our job-alerts list — sign up below to be notified when applications open.

What is the compensation band?

Compensation is set by role, level, and location and includes base salary, performance bonus, and equity for full-time staff. Recruiters share the specific band on the first screening call so you have it before any further interviews.

When will new roles open?

We don't have active openings today, but we hire continuously as the company scales. The roles listed above reflect the families we typically hire into — sign up for job alerts and we'll email you the moment a matching role goes live.

Is the interview process remote?

Yes. The full loop — recruiter screen, hiring-manager conversation, system-design panel, take-home review, and values panel — runs over Google Meet. Onsite visits are optional for senior or hybrid roles and never required for an offer.
