Coverage you can inspect before using a benchmark

This page reports only what is present in the approved, aggregate-only publication snapshot. It does not treat discovered or quarantined source files as published coverage.

No aggregate benchmark pages are published yet

The current bootstrap snapshot is intentionally empty. Candidate pages will appear only after official files pass identity, schema, comparability, coverage, diversity, source-receipt, and publication checks. The directory will not be padded with invented or thin benchmark pages.

Payer coverage

A payer appears here only when at least one sanitized public aggregate is published.

The approved public projection currently contains no payer facets.

Service coverage

Code identifiers are grouped without republishing licensed descriptors.

The approved public projection currently contains no service-identifier facets.

Market coverage

Local-market coverage requires reliable geography for every included observation.

The approved public projection currently contains no market facets.

Included in public coverage

  • Compatible, dollar-denominated facility observations from official hospital files.
  • Aggregate percentiles and organizational-diversity counts.
  • Canonical payer, service identifier, care setting, billing class, and market dimensions.
  • Official source receipts and versioned methodology evidence.

Excluded from public coverage

  • Named doctors, individual NPIs, TINs, hospital identifiers, plan names, and raw source rows.
  • Patient, claim, contract, remit, or other private operational data.
  • Records with ambiguous ownership, geography, code identity, setting, bundle status, or rate methodology.
  • Percentage, algorithmic, or other observations that cannot be converted under an approved deterministic method.

Freshness and source health

Every benchmark shows its source-updated range and last source health check. Search indexation requires source data no older than 400 days and a successful source health check within 30 days.

A stale or unavailable source can remain visible as evidence history, but it cannot silently satisfy the current indexation gate. Page and sitemap status are regenerated from the same approved projection.

Compare the public benchmark with your contract and 835 payments

QuickIntell can support an assisted, private analysis of contract expectations and adjudicated remits. Do not upload contracts, remits, claims, or PHI through the public contact form.
