  • What's included in the free trial?

    Every plan starts with a no-credit-card free trial that includes full access to QuickCode, denial workdown, prior-auth automation, and analytics — capped to a sandbox encounter volume so your team can validate accuracy before going live. QuickVoice minutes and Agent Builder runs are metered separately and capped to a trial allowance. HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, and a BAA apply during the trial just like in production.
  • Are there setup fees?

    There are no platform setup fees on Solo or Group plans — onboarding, EHR connection, and standard payer-portal configuration are included. Health System and Enterprise customers pay a one-time implementation fee scoped to data migration, multi-EHR integration, custom workflows, and change management.   • Do you require an annual contract?

    No. Solo and Group plans are month-to-month with no minimum term — you can cancel anytime from billing settings. Annual prepay unlocks a discount and price-lock through your renewal. Health System and Enterprise agreements are typically 12–36 months for volume pricing, custom DPAs, and dedicated success resources.
  • How does usage-based billing work for QuickVoice and Agent Builder?

    QuickVoice is billed by connected voice minute, rounded to the second, with separate inbound and outbound rates and bilingual support included. Agent Builder is billed per active automation agent per month — runs and retries are included up to fair-use limits. Both meters appear on a single monthly invoice with a per-tenant usage dashboard, so finance can attribute spend back to a clinic, line of business, or payer.
  • What does Enterprise pricing include?

    Enterprise pricing bundles unlimited users, multi-entity tenancy, dedicated processing capacity, custom SLAs (including 99.95% uptime and credits), a named customer success and clinical informatics team, SSO/SCIM, custom DPAs, audit-log export, and quarterly business reviews. Pricing is built from your encounter volume, EHR footprint, and add-on mix — talk to sales for a tailored quote.
  • Do you sign a BAA?

    Yes. A Business Associate Agreement is included on every plan, including the free trial — no upcharge, no separate negotiation required for standard terms. We can red-line custom BAAs and sign your paper for Health System and Enterprise contracts. See the Trust Center for HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II, HITRUST CSF, and subprocessor disclosures.
  • What happens if we exceed our encounter limit?

    We won't stop processing. If you go over the encounters included in your plan, overages bill at a transparent per-encounter rate disclosed on your order form, and we'll proactively flag two consecutive months of overage so you can decide whether to upsize the plan, lock in a volume tier, or stay on usage. You can set soft and hard alerts in billing settings to keep finance in the loop.
  • Can we mix add-ons across tiers?

    Yes. QuickVoice, Agent Builder, specialty packs, credentialing, and implementation services are available on every plan and can be added or removed independently of your base subscription. Add-ons appear as line items on the same invoice and inherit the same BAA, audit controls, and SSO configuration as the base plan.
  • Is there nonprofit or government pricing?

    We offer discounted pricing for FQHCs, RHCs, behavioral-health nonprofits, tribal health, and federal, state, and municipal entities, plus public-sector procurement vehicles where available. Reach out via contact sales with your tax-exempt status or contracting vehicle and we'll route you to the right team.
  • How is data migration priced?

    Lightweight migrations — encounters, payers, fee schedules, and active AR — are included in the standard onboarding for Solo and Group plans. Larger migrations (multi-year claims history, multi-EHR consolidation, document/PDF ingestion, or legacy clearinghouse cutovers) are scoped as a fixed-fee implementation engagement. Most practices go live in 2–4 weeks; complex Health System cutovers typically run 6–10 weeks with a parallel-run period.
